We collect business details, contact information, shipping addresses, and uploaded digital assets (vectors, mockups, design briefs) strictly to process quotes, fulfill fleet apparel runs, and maintain client communications.
Financial transactions, credit card data, and invoices are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party gateways (Stripe/QuickBooks). LowTideFlow does not store raw payment card data on local servers.
Artwork, proprietary logos, and project specifications uploaded to our Spec Builder remain 100% your intellectual property. We do not sell, rent, or trade client data or art files to third-party brokers.
