Production policies, proofing liabilities, and execution terms.
Dynamic calculations generated via the Spec Builder serve as initial operational estimates. Final pricing is locked upon vector verification, print method selection, and deposit authorization.
Prior to production, a final digital art proof is sent for written approval. Client approval of the digital proof is final. LowTideFlow is not liable for spelling errors, incorrect pantone selections, or client-provided artwork mistakes once approved.
Standard turnaround timelines begin upon written proof approval and deposit payment. Unforeseen supply chain disruptions or blank garment backorders will be communicated immediately.
Clients retain full ownership of their registered logos and custom artwork. Unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to production, LowTideFlow reserves the right to photograph finished physical fleet garments for display in the Field Vault.
Orders entering the active production queue cannot be canceled once blanks have been decorated. Custom apparel runs require a 50% initial deposit with the remaining balance due prior to fleet dispatch.
