We keep your onboarding simple, direct, and structured. Here is exactly what the process looks like from your end before we dive into the production details.
Stage 1: Pre-Production & Alignment
Relay Your Needs: You share your artwork, target timeline, and garment style.
Locking In the Framework: We finalize total garment quantities, and colorway options.
Digital Proofs & Pricing: You receive digital proofs for approval alongside a clear, itemized quote for your exact specs.
Inventory Check: We confirm real-time color and size availability with our wholesale distributors. If more than 4 weeks pass between quote and deposit, stock levels can shift - but we always source the best alternatives, pivot quickly, and keep you in the loop.
Revisions & Approval: We refine artwork and details until you give 100% sign-off.
Stage 2: Launch & Production Execution
50% Deposit Trigger: Your 50% deposit launches the order, reserves raw blanks from the warehouse, and puts your job on the press calendar.
Production Window: Orders run through physical production within a standard 1 to 3 week timeframe depending on run complexity.
Stage 3: Deployment & Delivery
Final Settlement: The remaining 50% balance plus final calculated shipping is paid, and freight tracking is released immediately as goods hit the dock.
Ready to Ship Confirmation: You receive final high-resolution proof photos and run tallies from the factory floor.
Once your order dives into production, our technical engine takes over. You do not have to worry about squeegee angles or mesh counts, but here is a look at the detail and engineering applied to every single run behind the scenes.
Vector Separations & Underbases: Artwork is broken into component layers. We calculate specific ink opacities, halftones, and baseline underbases to ensure crisp colors on dark fleece.
Press Calibration & Chemistry: Inks are custom-compounded to match exact Pantone targets, with viscosity adjusted for specific fabric weights and loopback weaves.
Thermal Curing Validation: Garments pass through forced-air conveyor dryers to permanently cure plastisol or water-based inks at exact thermal thresholds for high-impact durability.
Quality manufacturing takes time. We do not cut corners, and we do not blow past realistic production windows.
Standard Turnaround: 10 to 14 business days from final art approval, deposit confirmation, and inventory delivery.
Days 1-3: Digital proofs, vector adjustments, and wholesale fabric allocation.
Days 4-5: Screen setup, ink chemistry compounding, and test strikes.
Days 6-10: High-volume press runs, quality-assurance audits, and post-cure inspection.
Days 11-12: Final counting, sorting, industrial packing, and shipping dispatch.
A Note on Artwork: We handle art setup, separations, and layout execution in-house. Nate is a seasoned technician who has seen the cleanest vector files and the messiest low-res JPEGs imaginable. Just send the clearest files you have, and we take care of the rest.
If you are a professional design team providing press-ready artwork directly, please build to these machinery specifications:
Vector Files: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), vector-embedded PDFs, or .EPS files. All text must be permanently converted to outlines.
Raster Files: High-resolution .PSD or .TIFF assets scaled to 100% of final print size, outputting at 300 DPI minimum.
Color Matching: Specify solid Pantone (PMS) Solid Coated color numbers. Digital RGB/CMYK files will be converted to closest matching ink formulations automatically.
Minimum Linework: Positive lines must be a minimum of 1pt thick; negative spaces or knockouts must be at least 1.5pt thick to prevent ink bleeding or bridging during high-volume screen runs.
